For your stay

House Rules

This is a translation for convenience. The German version is legally binding.

Our apartment is meant to be a second home for you. You should feel comfortable and find peace and quiet. The following house rules are intended to help you enjoy a pleasant stay. By treating the apartment conscientiously, you also help us to continue offering beautiful spaces to you and to other guests in the future.

General

If you find that anything is missing in the furnishings, or if you need help, please do not hesitate to contact us. All items in the holiday apartment may and should be used by our guests. Please handle the entire furnishings and inventory with care and treat the rental property gently. Please also ensure that your fellow travellers observe the rental conditions.

Kitchen

Please treat the kitchen fittings and technical appliances with care. As a dirty kitchen pleases no one, please put crockery, pots and cutlery back into the cupboards only when clean and dry. Please do not place hot pots or other hot objects on the tables or worktop without a trivet. Always use a chopping board as a base when cutting. Please leave the interior of the oven and microwave clean.

Damage

No one damages things on purpose, but it can happen to anyone that something breaks. Please let us know about the damage immediately so that everything can be handled smoothly with the insurance.

Ventilation

To prevent the formation of mould, we ask you to ventilate the rooms sufficiently – at least once a day with a burst of fresh air for 5–10 minutes, and especially after showering. If rain or strong wind sets in, please close all windows and doors.

Duty of care

We ask our guests to treat the rental property with care and to ensure that fellow travellers and relatives also observe the rental conditions. The front door should generally be kept closed and locked with the key when leaving the house. Likewise, all windows must be closed when leaving the apartment in order to avoid possible damage from storms or burglary. Please use the resources of water and electricity sparingly.

Waste disposal

Waste is separated into residual waste, paper, plastic, organic waste and glass. Appropriate containers are provided in the holiday apartment. No waste, food scraps, harmful liquids or similar may be thrown or poured into the kitchen sink, the toilets, the washbasins or the shower! Please avoid anything that could lead to blockages of the pipes (no hygiene articles in the toilet).

Cleaning

Should a mishap occur (extreme dirt, liquids on the floor or work surfaces, etc.), we ask you to clean it up immediately. Please leave the holiday apartment swept clean on departure and put all used crockery back into the cupboards clean. Please leave used towels on the floor.

Quiet hours

In the interest of good neighbourliness, we ask you to observe the public quiet hours such as midday, night-time and Sunday rest. Quiet hours also apply within the holiday apartment itself between 8:00 pm and 7:00 am. Stag/hen parties and parties are not permitted.

Wi-Fi

A wireless internet connection (Wi-Fi) is available free of charge in the holiday apartment. You use the internet at your own risk; we exclude all liability in connection with your internet use.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in the holiday apartment. Please leave the holiday apartment to smoke. Please dispose of completely cooled cigarette remains in the bin.

Pets

Bringing pets is not permitted.

Parking

You may park on the property of the holiday apartment; the designated parking spaces are marked accordingly. Insofar as a parking space is provided to you, this does not constitute a contract of safekeeping. The landlord is not liable for the loss of or damage to motor vehicles parked or manoeuvred on the property and their contents, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Right of access

In the case of urgently necessary repairs, it may be essential for the landlord to enter the holiday apartment without your knowledge.

Keys | Code

Please never pass on the keys / the code to third parties. Loss of the keys must be reported immediately, and you are liable up to the amount of the replacement costs.

Liability

The landlord is not liable for your valuables. Parents are liable for their children.

Arrival & departure

On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the holiday apartment by 10:00 am at the latest. On your departure, the holiday apartment should look the way you found it. Arrival is possible from 3:00 pm.

By booking the holiday apartment, you accept these house rules. Thank you for your attention. We wish you a pleasant stay. If you have any questions, we are happy to help.
