This website is deliberately designed to be data-minimising: it contains no booking or contact form, and we do not collect any master, order or payment data via the website.

Server access data and hosting
This website is hosted by Cloudflare Pages. When the pages are accessed, access data (including IP address, date and time of access, page requested, browser used) is automatically processed in the hosting provider's server logs – as is technically necessary for any website visit. This processing serves the secure and stable operation of the website and is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). For more information, see Cloudflare's privacy policy. Delivery is exclusively encrypted via HTTPS.
No analytics or advertising cookies
We do not use any tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. Only technically necessary processes required to display the website are carried out. We do not offer a newsletter.
Self-hosted fonts
The fonts used on this website are loaded from our own server and are not retrieved from an external provider (such as Google Fonts). Loading the fonts therefore transfers no data to third parties.
Google Maps (loaded only after your consent)
On the home page we offer an interactive map from Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). This map is not loaded automatically. Only when you actively click the "Load map" button is the map embedded. This establishes a connection to Google's servers and transfers data – in particular your IP address – to Google. Google may also transfer this data to countries outside the EU.
Purpose: to display the location and surroundings of the holiday apartment. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by clicking "Load map". Withdrawal: you can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by reloading the page without activating the map again. For more information, see Google's privacy policy.
Contact by e-mail
If you contact us by e-mail, the data you provide (e-mail address, name and content of your message) is processed to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We do not pass on this data without your consent.
Your rights
In principle, you have the rights to information, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with us or with the supervisory authority:
